Kelsea Lydon, PA-C, is the Administrator and Clinical Director for Vado Surgery Center. A born and raised Oregonian, she started her journey with Vado as a medical scribe a few years after moving to Florida in 2017. She took a pause with the company to pursue a master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Florida after working as a nursing assistant in the Trauma/Burn unit at ORMC. As a certified PA, she worked at the medical office, caring for pre-operative and post-operative patients, as well as being an injection provider before transitioning to work as a surgical first assist with our three surgeons.

With the expansion of our company, Kelsea stepped into a management role to bring a clinical perspective to business operations with the goal of providing the best standard of care to our patients and staff. She currently serves as the Administrator and Clinical Director for the surgery center and is working on establishing our transition to our Ambulatory Surgery Center location in Winter Garden.

When she isn’t working at Vado, she is home in Winter Garden with her husband and two little girls, enjoying gardening and the outdoors.
