What To Expect

  • We have translation services available for any patient or caregiver who does not speak English as their primary language. This will be utilized for all instructions and questions. Please request this service if needed.

  • We have magnifying and illuminating devices available if you have difficulty reading instructions. Please request this service if needed.

  • In order to maintain a safe and sterile surgical environment, increased humidity in Florida requires colder temperatures in our facility. We have warm blankets available for patient and guest use. Please bring something warm to wear while you wait to stay comfortable. Bring your VADO blanket!

  • During surgical procedures, we have a comfortable and modest guest waiting area with television streaming services and mild refreshments available upon request. We encourage caregivers and visitors to explore the shops and restaurants in the Altamonte Springs area, or to wait in the comfort of their homes, and we will contact you once the surgery is reaching its conclusion.

    1. The day before surgery you will receive a call and/or message confirming your arrival time for your scheduled procedure, as well as any important instructions. Please follow these instructions carefully, as not doing so may risk cancellation and rescheduling of your procedure.

    2. You will be contacted by our patient care team the day after your surgery to follow-up on your status, and answer questions you may have.

    3. All other questions can be directed to the Vado Plastic Surgery medical office care team.

    1. As this is a shared parking lot to other businesses and parking is limited, patients please park in the first two spots on the side of the building to the left.

    2. Patient pick-up after surgery is behind the building - you will be instructed on this during your surgical appointment.
