Ulycel Paniza, also known as “Uly”, is a Surgical Technician. She has 10 years of experience in preparing operating rooms, maintaining sterile fields, and providing direct assistance during surgical procedures. She assists surgeons in various specialties, including general surgery, ENT, ophthalmology, orthopedics, gynecology, cystoscopy, robotic cases, and plastics.

She is proficient in surgical instrumentation, patient positioning, and infection control. She studied at the Concorde Institute of Orlando, Florida. Her attentiveness and anticipation are her strengths, both in and out of the OR.

When she’s not working in the OR, she loves to cook and spend time with her family.
